This is a Little Earth Illinois License & rubber Shoulderbag Purse. It was used and the rubber shoulderstrap is permanantly wrinkled some and edges show some wear. Too cool! An original, retired license plate is used to make an actual purse. We carry several sizes and shapes, some with genuine Swarovski Crystals in 6 different colors. Remember, these are real, recycled license plates. None of them are perfect, which lends to the charm.
